This website (the "Site"), as well as all rights relating thereto, is the property of Pierric Perret whose registered office is located at Rue de Creuze 1, 2072 Saint-Blaise, Switzerland ("IOTA"). This Privacy Policy describes how IOTA, as data controller, processes the personal data of individuals visiting the Site.

Attaching prime importance to respecting your privacy, IOTA is keen to provide you with the best guarantees regarding the protection of personal data.
To do this, we undertake to comply with the legislation and regulations in force, including (where applicable) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

When we collect personal data, we indicate the mandatory fields with an asterisk. This data is essential for the performance of the service concerned in compliance with legal obligations. The service cannot be performed if you do not fill in the mandatory fields.
Data protection
We are committed to taking appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data and to prevent them from being lost, stolen, damaged, distorted or distributed to unauthorized third parties.

The payment institutions we deal with are certified and we never save your banking data.

When the use of this data is no longer justified or if you ask us to delete it, we will erase it or anonymize it so that any identification becomes impossible.
Your rights over your data

At any time, you also have the right to object to the processing of data concerning you, in particular to commercial prospecting. In this case, and unless legal and legitimate reasons prevail, we will no longer process your personal data.
Deleting your data
You can rectify or delete your data either directly, in your personal account on the Site, or by contacting our customer service whose contact details appear below.
You can also unsubscribe from any commercial prospecting by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our newsletters.
